Pick up the enrollment packet in the office

Proof of Residence is required to pick up an enrollment packet from the school office. *Proof is required even though you may have siblings at the school.

- Current utility services bill (electricity, gas, or water ONLY)

- Verification of residency from Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Moving company receipt

- Automobile or home insurance bill

- Property tax bill

- Lease agreement
