Visitor’s Policy

ALL CAMPUS VISITORS MUST:
  • Request an appointment for a visitation date and time from the office staff after entering the school office.
  • Complete a visitor’s permit and obtain the principal/designee’s approval before proceeding to the classroom. Sign in on the Visitor’s On Campus Log Book at the entrance of the Main Building.
  • Return the visitor’s permit to the Main Office before leaving the campus.
  • Determine the classroom activity you are observing and keep the classroom observation time and frequency reasonable.
  • If needed, contact the Main Office if you wish to schedule an appointment with the teacher after the classroom visit.
 
SOME IMPORTANT RULES FOR VISITORS:
  • Enter and leave the classroom as quietly as possible.
  • Do not converse with the students, teachers, and/or instructional aides during the visitation.
  • Do not interfere with any school activity during the visitation.
  • Please do not use morning drop-off as the time to conference with your child’s teacher (teachers are busy prepping for the school day). Please make an appointment with your teacher for all meetings/conferences.
